National efficiently demolished 250 military housing units and 142 underground storage tanks.
Working within Army Corps of Engineers Standards and under military-stated time constraints, National Salvage & Service Corporation performed abatement on asbestos and hazardous building materials before demolishing 250 military housing units and removing and disposing of 142 underground storage tanks and their contents to facilitate the building of new barracks for officers and their families for troops leaving for Iraq.
The buildings included eight three-story barracks, four offices and one warehouse. After demolition, National hauled and disposed of waste and backfilled the site. National removed a half-acre of fuel-contaminated soil
